Cloud & Infrastructure
Cloud infrastructure your team can run without us
Most cloud estates grow by accretion. An account created for a proof of concept becomes production, a console click becomes a dependency nobody remembers, and the bill climbs faster than the business. By the time anyone looks closely, changing anything feels risky.
We design and build cloud foundations on AWS, GCP, or Azure that are secure by default, defined entirely as code, and simple enough for your own engineers to change with confidence. When a migration is involved, we plan it so customers never notice the cutover.
Get a cloud cost reviewSigns you need this
- Production, staging, and experiments share one account or project, so a mistake in one can break the others.
- Infrastructure changes happen in the console, and nobody is sure the Terraform still matches reality.
- Your cloud bill grows faster than traffic or revenue, and no one can explain the biggest line items.
- A migration — to the cloud, between clouds, or off ageing VMs — keeps getting postponed because the risk feels unmanageable.
- Access is granted ad hoc, and you could not say with confidence who can change production.
What changes
- Hardened multi-account AWS foundation in 6 weeks
- 20–40% cloud spend reduction via right-sizing
- Zero-downtime migrations to AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Terraform foundations your team can change without us
What we deliver
Multi-account landing zone
A hardened account or project structure with separate environments, centralized logging, guardrails, and least-privilege access — typically in place within six weeks.
Terraform foundations
Modules and repository layout your team can read, review, and extend through pull requests, with plans checked in CI before anything is applied.
Zero-downtime migrations
Staged cutovers behind routing you control, with rehearsals and a rollback path at every step, so customers never see a maintenance window.
Cloud cost review
A line-by-line walk through your bill that finds idle resources, oversized instances, missing lifecycle policies, and commitment discounts. Most accounts give back 20–40% of spend.
Tools we often use
How an engagement runs
- 01
Assess
We review your accounts, network, IAM, infrastructure code, and bill, then agree a prioritized plan with your team.
- 02
Build the foundation
We put the landing zone, pipelines for infrastructure changes, and guardrails in place before moving any workloads.
- 03
Migrate and optimize
Workloads move in small, reversible steps. Right-sizing and cost changes ship as reviewed code, not one-off console edits.
- 04
Hand over
Runbooks, architecture notes, and pairing sessions so your engineers own every part of what we built.

Questions about Cloud & Infrastructure
Which cloud providers do you work with?
AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Most of our foundation work is on AWS, and we will tell you honestly if a different provider or a simpler setup would serve you better.
Can you work with the infrastructure we already have?
Yes. Most engagements start from an existing estate. We import what is worth keeping into Terraform, replace what is not, and avoid big-bang rewrites.
How much can we expect to save on our cloud bill?
It depends on how the estate has grown, but most accounts we review have 20–40% of spend that can come out without code changes, mainly from idle resources, right-sizing, storage lifecycle policies, and commitment discounts.
