DevOps & Platform Engineering
Ship safely many times a day
When getting a change into production takes days, the code is rarely the bottleneck. The path is: hand-built pipelines that differ per team, manual approval steps, flaky environments, and deploys risky enough that people batch them up and wait.
We build the delivery platform underneath your teams — pipelines, Kubernetes, GitOps, and observability — so the safe way to ship is also the fastest way. Then we make sure your engineers can run and extend it without us.
Book a Kubernetes assessmentSigns you need this
- Lead time from merge to production is measured in days, not minutes.
- Every team maintains its own pipeline, and onboarding a new service takes days of copy-and-paste.
- Deploys are scheduled events, and a bad one means a late night of manual rollback.
- Kubernetes was adopted, but only one or two people really understand the cluster.
- Alerts fire constantly, yet real outages are still reported by customers first.
What changes
- Safe production deploys, many per day
- Hours-not-days service onboarding via golden-path pipelines
- Observability that catches real outages, not noise
- Internal developer platforms your engineers actually use
What we deliver
Golden-path CI/CD
Reusable pipeline templates with testing, security scanning, and deployment built in, so a new service is production-ready in hours.
Kubernetes platform
A production-grade cluster setup on EKS, GKE, or AKS with GitOps delivery through Argo CD, autoscaling, and sensible security defaults.
Progressive delivery
Canary releases and automated rollbacks with Argo Rollouts, gated on the metrics that matter to you, so a bad deploy becomes a non-event.
Observability that catches real outages
Metrics, logs, and traces with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, plus alerts tied to user-facing symptoms rather than noise.
Tools we often use
How an engagement runs
- 01
Measure
We baseline the four DORA metrics and map how a change travels from commit to production, so we fix the real bottleneck first.
- 02
Pave the golden path
We build the pipeline templates and platform pieces with one pilot team and refine them on real services.
- 03
Roll out
Teams migrate onto the paved path with documentation and enablement sessions, at a pace that does not freeze the roadmap.
- 04
Hand over
Your platform owners take over day-to-day running, with runbooks and a clear backlog of next improvements.

Why we default to Argo Rollouts for canary deploys
Plain Kubernetes Deployments treat every release as all-or-nothing. Argo Rollouts gives you a safer middle path.
Questions about DevOps & Platform Engineering
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not always. If you run a handful of services, a managed container service or a simpler deployment model may serve you better. We recommend Kubernetes when the number of services and teams makes a shared platform worth its operating cost.
Will we have to replace our CI system?
Usually not. We build on what you already use where it is sound, and recommend a change only when the current tool is the bottleneck.
How do you measure whether delivery has improved?
With the DORA metrics — deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore — baselined at the start and tracked through the engagement.
