How we operate
Senior by default
Every Advena engineer has spent a career running production systems — through migrations, outages, audits, and rapid growth. No juniors learning on your time.
One engineer per engagement
You work directly with the senior engineer doing the work. No account managers in between, no handoffs to a different team after the sale.
Remote-first, async-friendly
We work over Slack, GitHub, and shared docs in the time zones our clients need. Onsite when it makes a difference.
We leave you stronger
Everything we build is yours: in code, documented, and handed over so your team can run and evolve it without us.
